The HELE/THE program is geared towards providing students with the necessary basic work skills, attitudes and knowledge in order to prepare them for college life and adulthood, stressing not only the acquisition of practical skills, but most importantly the virtues and work habits that would eventually make them better students and better men.
This is done through the introduction of practical work, theory, principles, applications and work virtues that have practical utility at home, in school and in day-to-day living.
